The Sales/Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing sales; handling inquires and assisting customers through our e-commerce platform. Mainly using email, phone, and live chat communication to effectively handle order inquiries and process sales. Job duties include answering phone, email, and live chat product inquiries, closing sales, following up on orders and inquiries, handling complaints, and finding new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and website chats in a professional manner
  • Guide customers to choose the correct products
  • Upsell products and make product recommendations
  • Create customer invoices and process payments
  • Staying informed about product information updates
  • Contact abandoned cart customers to convert sale

Skills Needed:

  • 2+ years experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to process information well
  • People oriented and experienced in rapport building
  • Ability to sell and promote
  • Strong product knowledge, analytical, organizational, and sales & customer services kills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills..
  • Patience and ability to handle stressful situations by dealing with people.
  • High-priority attitude for following up and handling order issues or customer complaints.
  • Team player and willing to help other team members.
  • Friendly and professional manner of dealing with people by phone and in person.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, using CRM systems, pipelines, and learning new software programs.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
