Summary

We are seeking a passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team at Bánh Mì Très Bon LTD. Located in Canada, this role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to freshness and authenticity. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking various dishes according to recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and handling.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
  • Assist in menu planning and development as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages.
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
