Who you are:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Lead Line Cook in a high-volume setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- A passion for food, creativity, and an excellent work ethic
- A desire to learn and to lead by example
- Food Safe Level 1 required
