Position Summary:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Construction Project Coordinator provides the project management team with a variety of administrative tasks as well as research and clerical support. You assist with the bidding and tendering process, the development and administration of each project inclusive of tracking, and with project closeout documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years in a Project Coordinator role in the construction industry
- Valid Class G driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Knowledge of construction technology, documentation, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures
- Clear understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and quality control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the project management team
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Microsoft Project, Excel)
- Familiarity with Procore project management software (an asset)
Preferred Certifications (Assets):
- Working at Heights
- First Aid
- Health & Safety Awareness in 4 Steps
- WHMIS (within the last calendar year)
- Training and/or re-training may be available upon agreement.
