Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sewer installation and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with blueprints and schematics, and maintaining high standards of quality control. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management software and experience supervising teams to deliver projects efficiently and safely. The Sewer will play a critical role in supporting the successful completion of infrastructure projects, contributing to the overall quality and durability of our work.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate sewer installation.
  • Supervise construction activities related to sewer systems, including coordinating with subcontractors and team members.
  • Utilize construction management software such as Primavera P6 for scheduling, planning, and project tracking.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to verify that work meets project specifications and safety standards.
  • Oversee budgeting processes related to sewer projects, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to project deadlines through effective supervision.
  • Implement best practices in construction estimating to accurately forecast project costs and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of work.

Experience

  • Proven experience in construction management with a focus on sewer or infrastructure projects.
  • Supervising experience in a construction environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures within the construction industry.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards in project execution. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
