The OpportunityThis is more than a job — it's a chance to become a trusted advocate for the families we serve. As a representative, you'll connect with clients who have already shown interest in learning about their benefits. Your role is to guide them, answer their questions, and help them make confident, informed decisions about their coverage.
It's not about sales scripts or hard pitches — it's about listening, simplifying, and empowering. You'll play a key role in helping families feel secure about their future while developing valuable skills that open doors to leadership and long-term success.
What You'll DoBuild meaningful connections with clients and maintain consistent follow-up
Explain benefit options clearly and ensure each family understands their coverage
Provide guidance with empathy and professionalism through every step
Work with leadership to improve client experiences and internal processes
Take part in hands-on training and continuous learning to grow personally and professionally
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A people-first attitude and genuine passion for helping others
Self-motivation and discipline in a remote work environment
Strong organizational habits and a proactive mindset
Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is helpful — but not required
Must be legally able to work in the U.S. or Canada
