- Who is DataDocks?_

DataDocks is a fast-growing software company that was founded in 2013. In our 9+ years of experience, we've hit fantastic growth cycles, partnered with large well-known companies like HelloFresh and Pepsi, and are looking to hire for the role of Customer Success.

You've heard of SaaS, right? It stands for Software as a Service. And that's what DataDocks is. It's a SaaS that serves the supply chain/logistics. We currently service large logístical brands that you're already familiar with like HelloFresh, Pepsi or United. DataDocks goal is to improve the communication and organization within logistic departments. We focus on an easy to use lightweight platform that allows booking of trucks in and out of facilities. To break it down we work in an old industry - logistics - and bring a fresh new way of improving how companies book appointments. Our high-tech platform improves our customers’ day to day lives.
- What you will be doing_

You will be working very closely with the founder, primarily focusing on improving our relationship with our existing customers and new customers. Your day to day will not be the same every day. Instead, you will have a dynamic job that may include such things as:
*Customer engagement

*Onboarding customers

*Customer support

*Investigating new outreach avenues

*Investigating new contacts and companies you can help improve their operations.

With your interaction with our customers, you will become the voice for them and will have direct input on the direction of the company, marketing message, as well as recommendations on how to improve the software.

- You have great verbal and written communication skills
- You 're extremely organized and reliable

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
