We are seeking a positive, organized and reliable person to manage our Salmon Arm boutique. You need to love selling fun products We want to provide our customers with the most fun in-store shopping experience than anywhere else in Salmon Arm. Our managers are supported by an experienced mother-daughter team and are backed by positive, hard-working staff. Managers are mainly responsible for daily operations, supporting their staff, keeping the store looking good and managing incoming product, but are not responsible for product orders or HR.

As a Heavenly Outhouse staff member, you will receive an amazing store discount. Wage will be based off past work experience.

Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Creating staff schedules
  • Hiring and training new staff
  • Managing the receiving of incoming product into inventory and keeping paperwork organized
  • Merchandising and maintaining store displays as directed
  • Posting stories on social media
  • Showcasing your positive attitude each day
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Operating the Point of Sale (POS) and handling cash
  • Possessing knowledge all product lines
  • Working with the team to meet or exceed daily sales goals
  • Daily store cleaning including dusting, mopping and garbage removal

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
