Haliscape Construction is hiring immediately for skilled Loader and Skid Steer (Bobcat) operators to support our snow removal team in Burnside and HRM. This is the perfect gig for construction workers, landscapers, or anyone with equipment experience looking to maximize their earnings this winter.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Operating Front End Loaders or Skid Steers (Bobcat) to clear snow.
  • Working independently and safely during winter weather events.
  • Applying salt and ice control when necessary.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Experience: Proven experience operating heavy equipment (Loader or Skid Steer).
  • Transportation: Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle (Mandatory - public transit does not run to these sites during storms).
  • Availability: Must be available on-call for winter storms (24/7 coverage).
  • Status: Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
