Role Summary
We're seeking a dedicated After-Sales Services Lead to help customers with startup, commissioning, and ongoing support of HVAC equipment—air-to-water heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, solar thermal, and hybrid PV-thermal (PVT) panels. You'll be the technical point of contact post-sale, ensuring reliable operation, smooth handovers, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute after-sales strategies aligned with company targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Guide customers through pre-startup checks and readiness.
- Provide startup and commissioning advice; when needed, lead on-site commissioning, validate hydronics and controls, and deliver documented handovers.
- Diagnose and resolve field issues (mechanical, electrical, refrigerant, hydronic, controls).
- Support BMS integration (BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU/TCP): mapping, scaling, alarms, trends, and verification.
- Manage parts & warranties (RMA creation, returns coordination, tracking to closure).
- Train installers/operators (on-site and virtual) and maintain accurate CRM/service reports.
Qualifications
- Education: DCS/DEC in HVAC/Instrumentation or B.Eng. (Mechanical/Electrical).
- Experience: 4+ years in heat pumps/hydronics/commissioning or field service; proven after-sales leadership in renewable energy or related sectors.
- Technical: Hydronic balancing, buffer tanks, pump curves, outdoor reset; hands-on with diagnostic instruments; BACnet/Modbus integration.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building; self-motivated and results-oriented; comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Other: Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; bilingual (English/French); willingness to travel regionally/nationally for client meetings, trade shows, and site visits; must live within a commutable distance of Montréal, QC.

Nous cherchons un(e) responsable des services après-vente pour accompagner nos clients lors du démarrage, de la mise en service et du l'entretien des équipements CVAC : thermopompes air-eau, thermopompes géothermiques, solaire thermique et panneaux hybrides PV-thermique (PVT). Vous serez la référence technique après la vente, assurant une exploitation fiable, des remises de dossiers complètes et une satisfaction client exemplaire.
Responsabilités clés
- Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies après-vente alignées sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, partenaires et parties prenantes.
- Guider les clients dans les vérifications pré-démarrage et l'état de préparation.
- Offrir des conseils de démarrage et mise en service; au besoin, gerer la mise en service sur site, valider les indtallations hydroniques et les contrôles, puis remettre la documentation de fin de travaux.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes sur le terrain (mécanique, électrique, réfrigération, hydronique, contrôles).
- Appuyer l'intégration GTC/BMS (BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU/TCP) : cartographie, échelles, alarmes, tendances et vérifications.
- Gérer les pièces et garanties (création de RMA, coordination des retours, suivi jusqu'à la clôture).
- Former les installateurs/opérateurs (sur site et virtuel) et maintenir à jour les rapports de service/CRM.
Qualifications
- Scolarité : DEC en CVAC/Instrumentation ou Bac en génie mécanique/électrique.
- Expérience : 4+ ans en thermopompes/hydronique/mise en service ou service terrain; expérience avérée en leadership après-vente dans les secteurs des énergies renouvelables ou connexes.
- Technique : Balancement hydronique, Reservoirs tampons, courbes de pompes; maîtrise des instruments de diagnostic; intégration BACnet/Modbus.
- Aptitudes : Excellente communication, présentation, négociation et développement de relations; autonome, axé(e) sur les résultats; à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique.
- Autres : Permis de conduire valide et véhicule personnel; bilingue (français/anglais); disponibilité pour des déplacements régionaux/nationaux (clients, salons, visites de chantiers); résidence à distance de déplacement quotidien de Montréal (QC).
