We efficiently serve growers' needs and strive to provide a more profitable, sustainable, and secure future for all stakeholders.  Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.   What You'll Do:Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models.Evaluating existing data systems.Working with business representatives, and development team to create conceptual data models and data flows.Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system.Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility.Implementing data strategies and developing physical data models.Updating and optimizing local and metadata models.Evaluating implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.Troubleshooting and optimizing data systems. What You'll Bring:Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Library Science, or a related discipline.At least 10 years of hands-on experience with logical and physical data modeling.Working knowledge of data management industry best practices such as DAMA DMBOK, CMMI DMM, EDM Council DCAM.At least 3 years of hands-on data governance experience.Proficient with data modeling tools, e.g.  Idera ER/Studio or Power Designer.Excellent Relational database design experience and skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ready to make an impact with us?
