About the Team
Are you ready to dive deep into data to shape the future of marketing strategy and media optimization? As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring data integrity, attribution, and channel measurement. Your work will directly impact growth and efficiency, and you'll collaborate across Analytics, Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering to translate complex business challenges into actionable data-driven solutions. About the Job
- Cultivate a data-driven, test-and-learn culture by delivering actionable marketing and lifecycle insights to stakeholders and senior executives.
- Own the integrity and attribution of marketing channels, building sound and scalable measurement frameworks.
- Evaluate incremental lift, cost vs. benefit, multi-touch attribution, and performance across media channels, including TV/OTT, paid search, paid social, affiliate, mobile, and more.
- Build predictive models and dashboards to inform optimization in marketing channels and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Partner with marketing leadership to set growth goals, plan budgets, and shape strategic roadmaps.
- Clearly communicate technical findings and insights to cross-functional teams, transforming analytical results into impactful marketing recommendations.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of post-internship experience in Marketing Analytics or Growth Marketing.
- Advanced technical skills, including expertise in SQL (joins, edge cases, data warehouses), Python or R for modeling and analysis, and big data manipulation.
- Deep expertise in full-funnel analytics and marketing channel analysis, including paid media (social, search, programmatic), offline/TV, and mobile/app with an understanding of their integration into web/app funnels.
- Extensive knowledge in attribution methods, causal inference, experimentation (A/B testing), and incremental lift measurement.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling full funnel media measurement, experimentation, and forecasting to fuel media ROAS and CAC efficiency
- Experience working with data from media vendors and media buying platforms
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Finance.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating complex data into actionable business decisions with a focus on execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at B2C ecommerce/retail and B2B2C brands
- Advanced degree in Quantitative Marketing, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in designing media mix models (MMM) and multi-touch attribution (MTA).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Experience in rapidly growing organizations with strong alignment to both technical proficiency and business impact.
