• Perform diagnostics, repairs, up-fitting, and maintenance on medium-duty trucks  

• Complete certified and non-certified vehicle safety inspections  

• Accurately document all work  

• Maintain quality, safety, and customer-first standards  

• Follow all Capital Ford + OH&S procedures  

• Proven experience as an automotive or truck technician  

• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills  

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team  

• Clear communication and ongoing learning mindset  

• Valid driver's license
