Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Interior Architect to join our distinguished design team. In this role, you will shape the future of residential spaces by creating sophisticated, custom solutions that elevate the daily living experience. This position offers the opportunity to work with high-end materials and cutting-edge design technologies while collaborating with master craftsmen and industry experts.

Essential Responsibilities

• Orchestrate comprehensive design solutions for custom kitchens, bathroom vanities, and home organization systems, from initial concept through final implementation
• Generate detailed technical drawings and compelling visual presentations that effectively communicate design intent to stakeholders
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of aesthetic vision and technical requirements
• Collaborate with material specialists to incorporate innovative finishes and sustainable solutions
• Oversee prototype development, ensuring design integrity throughout the manufacturing process
• Conduct thorough site surveys and maintain precise documentation throughout all project phases
• Lead milestone design reviews (30%, 60%, and 90%) with confidence and technical expertise
• Execute complete project management, including CAD documentation, material specification, procurement coordination, and timeline management
• Maintain exceptional client relationships through clear communication and attentive service

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related design discipline
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior architecture or high-end residential design
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for both 2D and 3D modeling
• Demonstrated expertise in technical drawing and visualization techniques

Pay: $44,850.00-$70,720.00 per year
