Job type: Full-time& Permanent

**Main duties**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee all operations of a renovation company, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare competitive bids and detailed proposals for construction and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to review plans, specifications, and design requirements.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise trade subcontractors for specialized tasks such as plumbing, heating, and electrical work.
- Develop work schedules and coordinate the activities of subcontractors to maintain efficient project flow.
- Inspect completed work to verify quality standards and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Maintain an up-to-date directory of suppliers and trade subcontractors for future projects.
- Design and execute marketing and advertising strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
- When necessary, perform hands-on carpentry or other skilled trade work during construction or renovation projects.

**physical Requirements**:

- Physically capable of being able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands and appliances.
- Able to lift, carry or handle heavy objects (40-50lbs+)

**Required Education**:
High school or equivalent

**Qualifications**:

- At least 10 years of experience in cooperative interior design
- Project manager qualification or proven experience as a project manager
- Extensive experience in the construction industry, including experience as a general supervisor, is usually required for self-employment as a builder or a renovator.
- Leading in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification may be an asset in bidding on and obtaining building and renovation projects.

**Salary**:

- $40.00-$45.00 per hour (to be negotiated) for 35 hours a week, 52 weeks a year

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
