Farm Equipment Installer and Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Farm Equipment Installer and Service Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing a variety of farm equipment to ensure optimal performance for our agricultural clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install a range of agricultural equipment, including automated feeding systems, ventilation systems, and other farm machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Ensure installations meet safety and compliance standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

  • Travel to client sites as needed (within a specified service area).

  • Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.
  • Previous experience in farm equipment installation or similar mechanical work is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Work Location: In person
