**The Position**

We are currently seeking a Farm Maintenance Technician - Service Technician to join our talented team. Your duties will include maintaining and repairing farm equipment and machinery, barn equipment, trucks, and silage equipment. You're known as a good troubleshooter. Your core duties will also include:

- Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment such as trucks, tractors, trailers, and farm implements such as tillage and harvesting equipment.
- Deal quickly and efficiently with maintenance calls from various departments as they arise.
- Greasing and oil checks.

**What You Need**

To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

- At least 2 years' experience performing similar work in a farm environment
- Electrical experience
- Mechanically inclined with diagnostic and repair experience on tractors and trucks
- Welding experience is an asset
- High level of mechanical aptitude
- Detail orientation but able to shift to different projects as required
- Ability to document work completed and keep track of parts
- Exceptional work ethic
- Ability to focus on maintenance in order to minimize major repairs
- Ability to work well with others
