Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Courtice, ON, for a Detailer and a Tanning Consultant. The responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the tanning facility, assisting customers with selecting the appropriate tanning services and products, ensuring all tanning equipment is cleaned and sanitized, and providing polite and welcoming customer service. Additional duties may include inventory restocking, accurately processing payments and promoting promotional offers.

Requirements

  • Customer service and interpersonal skills to provide a positive and welcoming client experience
  • Knowledge of tanning products and services or a willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness, inventory and client records
  • Basic skills with payment processing systems and familiarity with retail sales processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills to explain services and answer customer inquiries
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business needs (weekends & evenings)
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
