Summary

We are seeking a skilled wellness professional to join our team at Francesca Salon and Spa in Forest Hill. This role is essential in delivering top-notch spa services while embodying our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various esthetic services such as facials, body sugaring, manicure/pedicure, massage, laser hair removal, and spray tans.
  • Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients based on their individual needs.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service by creating a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
  • Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience during appointments.

Qualifications

  • Valid esthetician license in accordance with provincial regulations.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others feel their best.
  • Knowledge of skincare products (DerMed, Bioeffect, 111SKIN) is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
