We're growing our team and looking for an experienced Lash Technician who's ready to thrive in a supportive, professional, and creative boutique spa setting.

Position Overview

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Lash Technician skilled in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash applications.

This is a commission-based position (60%) with full tips and all lash supplies provided. You'll only need to bring your own tweezers and any additional tools you prefer to use.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated lash artist who values professionalism, teamwork, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions with precision and care
  • Consult with clients to assess preferences and customize styles
  • Ensure excellent retention and adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lash station
  • Educate clients on aftercare and proper lash maintenance
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented studio culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lash Technician
  • Skilled in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume techniques
  • Valid lash certification
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • Dependable, motivated, and eager to continue learning
  • Willingness to cross-train in related beauty services (an asset)

Compensation & Details

  • Commission: 60% of lash services
  • Tips: 100% retained by technician
  • Supplies: All essentials provided (technician provides tweezers or personal tools)
  • Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
  • Location: Wicked Winks, Newcastle, Ontario
