West Four is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Glazing initiative within all selling brands. This senior, sales management role is integral to the ambitious growth plans, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing profit margins, and leading strategic initiatives. The Sales Manager will report directly to the Senior VP of Commercial Sales.

Our Edmonton Distribution & Manufacturing Center has an opportunity for the right individual.

Position and Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to, at minimum, achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Product Management: Advance the product and/or service portfolio within the aluminum glazing category. Including but not limited to R&D, industry performance and testing standards.

Margin Improvement: Focus on enhancing profit margins through effective pricing strategies and cost management.

Forecasting/Budgeting: Oversee accurate sales forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.

Geographical Growth: Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand this product category across Canada.

Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales objectives.

Strategic Planning: Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Operations: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the highest level of consistency and customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Demonstrated expertise in the commercial glazing/fenestration industry would be a very strong asset.

· Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.

· Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving profit margins.

· Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills.

· Excellent leadership and team development abilities.

· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to travel as required to support geographical expansion efforts.

· High level of organization and attention to detail.

· Natural aptitude towards safety for yourself and those around you.
