Job SummaryThe Operation Experience Ambassador is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members. The Operations Experience Ambassador will serve as an ambassador to the on-site technology support team while providing floor operations support. They will have a level of expertise to assist all visitors quickly and can readily jump in to assist when needed.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Operation Experience Ambassador, we'd ask you to do the following for us:
- Provide personalized and exceptional internal and external customer support with an emphasis on elevated hospitality per local Workplace standards.
- Assist with any workplace position while showcasing a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Intermediate knowledge of A/V technology and comfortable with supporting A/V needs. Provide first-line support for basic office technology.
- Greet employees and visitors, welcome clients with a smile and maintain eye contact through the entire interaction.
- Provides on-site welcome and assistance throughout scheduled shift for all in-house clients.
- Responsible for daily walkthrough of office space and meeting room spaces.
- Respond to inquiries and anticipate customer/client needs.
- Set up meeting rooms according to host specifications, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready.
- Own the entire catering process for meetings, from placing orders to coordinating delivery and setup.
- Assist with planning and execution of larger office-wide catered events.
- Manage office grocery needs, including ordering, filing receipts, and stocking supplies.

- At least 2 years of work in a professional environment providing customer support and administrative assistance.

- Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
- Proper working knowledge of iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC and Mac systems.
