As a

Windows & Doors Installer,

you'll manage the full installation cycle for windows, patio doors, and entry doors. You'll measure accurately, install to spec, complete finishing, and communicate clearly with homeowners, all while coordinating with our team to ensure smooth, timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Complete full installations of windows, patio doors, and doors to company standards.
  • Measure and mark accurate guidelines for each install.
  • Perform interior finishing & exterior aluminum capping to a professional standard.
  • Load/unload materials and equipment; maintain a tidy, safe worksite.
  • Deliver five-star customer service before, during, and after the install.
  • Use our CRM tools to streamline scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Travel to customer locations within Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of proven window and door installation experience.
  • Experience with interior finishing and exterior aluminum capping.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence and clean driver abstract.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work safely, independently, and reliably.
  • Physically able to handle the demands of installation (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, standing).
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and some weekends.
  • Additional language skills, such as Russian or Ukrainian, are considered an asset for supporting our diverse customers.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
