Durabuilt Windows & Doors Inc. is seeking to hire Supply Chain Supervisor to join the team at Street, Edmonton, AB, T5S 1R7. The candidate must be willing to join a team environment to strengthen and grow the current crew with a positive attitude and character.
We offer:
- Annual Wage: $65,520.00/-
- Hours per week: 35 hours per week
- Vacancy: 1
Terms of employment:
- Full time permanent position
- Job start date: as soon as possible
- Employment conditions: Day, Morning
- Benefits: Group Insurance Benefits after 3 months of employment. Group Insurance Benefits include disability insurance, dental insurance, prescription drugs, paramedical services, extended medical services and equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate activities across various departments such as procurement, production, inventory control, distribution and transportation
- Train workers and ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities while implementing and upholding safety standards and protocols
- Resolve issues related to delays, shortages or quality
- Address and resolve delays, shortages, quality concerns and work-related issues
- Offer technical guidance and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and product quality
- Coordinate, delegate and oversee the completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Initiate requisitions and manage the procurement of materials, equipment and supplies as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be able to communicate in English
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Tight deadlines; Attention to detail
- Personal suitability: Accurate; Efficient interpersonal skills; Excellent oral communication; Initiative; Organized; Reliability; Team player
