The Opportunity

We're expanding rapidly and looking for Full Stack Engineers to join our growing engineering team. This is a chance to build on cutting-edge infrastructure, solve complex technical challenges, and shape the future of global payments. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to Cybrid's platform, and help scale our mission to power the next generation of fintech.

What You'll Do
  • Architect and implement complex features across Ruby/Rails, Python/Django, and TypeScript/Angular services.
  • Lead API design, database modeling, and integrations with external financial providers.
  • Build secure, scalable workflows for banking, trading, and compliance.
  • Drive performance optimization across microservices and financial data systems.
  • Mentor team members and guide adoption of AI-assisted development practices
What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of full-stack development with Ruby/Rails, Python/Django, and/or TypeScript/Angular.
  • Strong expertise in REST APIs, PostgreSQL optimization, and security best practices.
  • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms.
  • Proven ability to integrate with financial APIs and manage secure authentication/authorization.
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants for complex development workflows

Nice to Have:

  • Fintech or financial systems experience (payments, compliance, blockchain).
  • Knowledge of financial regulations (KYC/AML, PCI DSS).
  • Familiarity with Temporal workflows or real-time financial data systems.
  • Exposure to AI-powered code review and secure coding practices
