Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer who thrives at the intersection of architecture, scalability, and product innovation. You'll play a key role in designing and developing our next-generation SaaS platform — driving the end-to-end technical strategy across frontend, backend, and data systems.

You'll lead engineering efforts that power seamless user experiences, data-driven insights, and high-performance APIs — while mentoring a growing team of developers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building robust, extensible systems using modern web technologies like React, , GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native architectures.

What You'll Do

• Architect and implement full-stack systems powering our SaaS product — from frontend interfaces to backend services and API ecosystems.
• Design scalable infrastructure for multi-tenant SaaS applications, focusing on performance, security, and data integrity.
• Lead technical design discussions and guide decisions around architecture, integrations, and platform evolution.
• Develop and maintain APIs and SDKs that enable integrations with third-party platforms, analytics tools, and client applications.
• Work with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Implement GraphQL schemas and resolvers to power modern, flexible data delivery to the frontend.
• Oversee database design and optimization in PostgreSQL, ensuring data consistency, scalability, and efficient querying.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD automation.

Drive system observability and performance monitoring using modern DevOps and cloud tools.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and data engineers to deliver new product features with technical excellence and operational reliability.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 7+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or senior developer role.
• Possesses strong technical depth in modern web technologies — including React, (Express or NestJS), GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Demonstrates experience architecting scalable SaaS platforms or cloud-based enterprise systems.
• Is fluent in API design, SDK development, and third-party integrations with an emphasis on maintainability and security.
• Understands microservices, REST/GraphQL design patterns, and has a strong foundation in distributed systems.
• Brings a solid grasp of frontend engineering principles — including state management, performance optimization, and component-driven design.
• Is comfortable setting up and maintaining DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and can make architecture decisions that align with product goals.
• Values clean code, maintainability, documentation, and team empowerment as part of engineering excellence.

It's a Plus If You:

• Have led SaaS platform development from concept to launch in a startup or product-led company.
• Have experience working with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) or serverless frameworks.
• Have implemented authentication and authorization systems (OAuth, JWT, SSO) for B2B/B2C SaaS applications.
• Have familiarity with data analytics pipelines, event tracking systems, or integration with BI tools.
• Have built developer-facing SDKs or APIs for platform extensibility.
• Have hands-on experience with performance tuning, caching layers (Redis, Varnish), and asynchronous job queues.
