We are hiring a Report and Record Keeping Assistant – Contract - Part time (25 hours per week)

The REPORT AND RECORD KEEPING ASSISTANT will

provide administrative and record management support.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Works with Central West Specialized Developmental Services and Passport One to support the effective administration and execution of the Passport Program.
• Completes intake processes for individuals and families who are interested in Community Living Dufferin (CLD) as a broker only.
• Completes intake processes for individuals supported by CLD staff who assist with planning and participation in community activities.
• Tracks, reviews, and inputs Passport submissions and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program guidelines.
• Applies bookkeeping and record-keeping practices to monitor expenditures, reconcile accounts, and maintain up-to-date tracking systems.
• Approves eligible Passport expenditures and processes purchases for approved items as needed for Passport recipients.
• Maintains expertise on Passport Program protocols, eligible expenses, and documentation requirements, sharing information as appropriate with individuals, families, and stakeholders.
• Prepares reports and summaries for internal review and external reporting as required.

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business administration, office administration, accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience in administrative support with a focus on record keeping, bookkeeping, or data entry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining organized records, processing documentation, and reconciling information with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Passport Program or developmental services sector is considered an asset
