**The Regional Sales Manager (RSM)** is responsible for the sales results of Tire Discounter Group’s Independent division. As a RSM you will be responsible for leading the sales team within our Independent Division to achieve revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. You will work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Your role will involve analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as monitoring and tracking sales performance against goals, adjusting strategies and tactics as necessary to meet targets. You will manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to win business.
As a leader, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and supporting your team of Business Development Managers (BDM’s) to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing talent within the sales team, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team of BDM’s. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.

- **Sales Process Management**: Have the ability to manage the sales process, from lead generation to deal closing, to ensure the sales team is following best practices and achieving their targets.
- **Adaptability**: Be adaptable to changes in the market, customer needs, and company objectives to effectively lead the sales team and achieve their goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Leading and managing a team of Business Development Managers.
- Setting and achieving sales targets and developing sales strategies.
- Recruiting, training, and coaching BDMs.
- Motivating and managing the sales team to achieve targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and market trends.
- Providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- 5 Years or more experience with an established track record in sales.
- Demonstrated business skills related to budgeting, training, hiring, writing, presentation and selling products/services to clients.
