Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager located in Edmonton, AB. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, and ensure operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include client communication, account administration, custodial and trading firm collaboration. Exceptional attention to detail and a self starter are a must.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to learn new software
- Desire to work in financial services
- Ability to work effectively on-site with Portfolio Manager
- Familiarity with asset management or financial services industry is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required
