Job Description

The REALTOR Success Coordinator is the vital link responsible for engaging with our REALTORS, internal customers, and consumers on behalf of Royal LePage Benchmark. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful operation of our North Office front desk, leading our event coordination, and developing our agent-focused social media presence.

You will be the face of the North Office, providing high-level support and first-contact resolution for all questions regarding Benchmark products and services, ensuring exceptional agent satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities & Key Duties

To fulfill your primary duty of supporting REALTORS and ensuring smooth operations, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Agent Success & North Office Administration

  • Front Desk Ownership: Take responsibility for the daily, weekly, and monthly administrative function of the North Office (front desk), including managing supplies, coordinating work orders, and maintaining a professional environment.
  • First-Contact Support: Handle questions and concerns from agents and clients directly (via email, phone, and in person) with a focus on exceptional customer service and first-contact resolution.
  • New Agent Orientation: Perform comprehensive orientation for new agents and assisting with setting up their technology for office use (e.g., printers, Wi-Fi, email access
  • Financial Duties: Receive order and calculate charges
  • Assist in the development and execution of improved procedures and policies working closely with other departments.
  • Help agents maximize the benefit of our suite of tools and services.

2. Events Coordination & Digital Engagement

  • Benchmark Events Leadership: Lead Benchmark Event Coordination, planning, and execution, including managing the Benchmark Impact Grant Fund and Agent Assist Event and Media.
  • Social Media & Promotion Management: Utilize social media and digital marketing skills to actively promote events, highlight agent successes, and manage community engagement for the brokerage
  • Budget & Reporting: Create and execute event budgets, make payments to vendors, and manage performance monitoring methods to guide future event improvements.

Skills, Qualifications and Core Competencies

To succeed in this diverse role, candidates require:

  • Elite Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service and emotional intelligence to serve as the face of the office and build high-trust relationships with REALTORS and prospective agents.
  • Dynamic Task Management: Proven ability to manage high-volume front-desk traffic, executive calendars, and long-term event planning simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-Cycle Event Oversight: Experience taking events from concept to execution, including vendor negotiations, budget tracking, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Technical Fluency: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, CRMs, VOIP systems, and social media platforms to drive digital marketing and office efficiency.
  • Professional Communication: Strong writing, active listening, and formatting skills to produce brand-consistent reports, emails, and promotional materials.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: The initiative to identify operational gaps, maintain data integrity, and handle unexpected logistical crises with composure.
  • Autonomy & Perseverance: The ability to work independently, manage facility needs (inventory/equipment), and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with both on-site staff and remote team members via virtual platforms to improve retention and culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
