Job Overview

OKOKO Cosmétiques is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Production & Shipping Assistant to join us. In this part-time role, you'll support the production and fulfillment of our award-winning skincare products and high-performance, natural formulations. You should be available on evenings and weekends from time to time as well.

You'll play a key role in ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency across production, packaging, and shipping. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a luxury skincare brand known for its excellence, creativity, and commitment to high-performance products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation and manufacturing of skincare products (creams, oils, serums, masks, etc.)
  • Adhere strictly to recipes, quality control standards, and safety protocols
  • Help with ingredient sourcing, stock organization, and batch preparation
  • Label, fill, and package products for both retail and wholesale
  • Fulfill orders and manage shipping logistics using platforms like Canada Post, UPS, DHL, etc.
  • Ensure accurate order preparation, packing, and timely dispatch
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized production and fulfillment area
  • Keep accurate batch records, shipping logs, and inventory tracking
  • Communicate clearly with the founder to manage production priorities and schedules

Skills

  • 6 months of experience in skincare/cosmetics manufacturing OR a related product-based environment
  • Experience in order fulfillment and shipping logistics is required
  • Familiarity with Canada Post, UPS, DHL or other e-commerce shipping tools is a strong asset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
  • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet production deadlines
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift packages when needed
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is an asset
  • Passion for natural skincare, wellness, and innovation is a bonus

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
