**Key Responsibilities **include but are not limited to the following**:

- Process incoming Ecommerce orders through accurately picking, packing, labeling and processing items for shipment.
- Label boxes with correct shipping information, including recipient address, shipping method, and any necessary handling instructions.
- Utilize Canada Post, Novex, UPS, and FedEx shipping platforms to ship boxes efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect boxes and pallets coming from the packing department for proper labeling, weights, SKUs, and customer-specific details.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Report to the shipping supervisor when materials are low in stock and need to be reordered.
- Coordinate meeting with customers for in person pickup orders ensuring timely handoff of packages
- Assist in moving pallets and loading packages into shipping carriers' trucks as needed.
- Coordinate closely with the customer service team on shipping timelines, handling prices, priority shipments, and handling instructions.
- Follow up with the customer service team and warehouse supervisor on special handling requests and instructions.
- Coordinate the booking of local carriers for delivering goods to Vancouver warehouses from manufacturers.
- Perform other warehouse responsibilities which include but are not limited to picking and packing orders.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

**Job Requirements**:

- Familiarity with shipping platforms such as Canada Post, Novex, UPS, and FedEx.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communications skills, able to receive and execute instructions.
- Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred.
- A positive, team-first attitude.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages when required (30lbs).

The hourly rate for this position is $19.25 per hour. We also offer Group Benefits and other perks. We have an experienced team that makes sure all team members come out trained and know general warehouse duties.
