Vo Kitchen and Bar is a modern Vietnamese restaurant that serves a variety of authentic Vietnamese food. We have been providing our guests and members with efficient and friendly food and beverage services. We are looking for a part-time position for a FOOD RUNNER with the following qualifications:

*Note that this position is under constant demanding and fast-paced pressure

Job Description

  • Ensure area is properly set up and kept organized and clean;
  • Maintain the Point of Sales (POS) system and process payments as required;
  • Handling guest concerns in a professional and calm manner;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced changing environment;
  • Customer service oriented, enthusiastic, outgoing, positive and upbeat;
  • Accommodating and willing to go the extra mile;
  • Ability to build professional relationships with guests and create an air of familiarity;
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus;
  • Quality checks;

Physical Requirements

  • Occasional front and side carrying;
  • Constant repetitive movements;
  • Constant standing and walking;

Certifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prefered minimum 1 year in the service industry preferred;
  • Prefered Proserve

Location: 241, 255 – 5th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB T2P 3G6 (located on the plus15 level in Bow Valley Square)

Part-Time: Monday-Friday 10:30AM – 2:00PM (Must be available all of the required days)
