Position Summary:

We are currently seeking motivated and career-focused individuals to join our growing team as Entry Level Account Associate. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain valuable sales and account management experience, with long-term opportunities for advancement into leadership roles. As an Entry Level Account Associate, you'll work closely with our Sales Manager to support customer outreach initiatives, facilitate sales processes, and contribute to business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent client brands by communicating product and service offerings to prospective and existing customers
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and presenting suitable service options
  • Serve as a point of contact between clients and the company to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Contribute to account growth through relationship building, problem-solving, and client follow-up
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop product knowledge and professional skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in client service, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
