  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts and acquire new customers. Meet and exceeds sales goals.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, manage service calls, ensuring customer problems are addressed and resolved and ensuring timely service to all customers.
  • Participate in training technical and clinical staff in hospitals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, service and product development to align account strategies with company objectives.
  • Support product deliveries and commissioning (handling up to 50 lbs)
  • Follow-up with the customer from the initial request to the completed repair, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Repair products at customer sites
  • Maintain documentation for all service cases or service requests
  • Monitor and analyze parts and demo inventory
  • Perform all other related tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or any combination of experience and training relevant to the position
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management in the medical device industry (atout).
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Experience in after-sales service or customer support
  • Experience in product repair and technical support
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in CRM software and office productivity tools.
