Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated regions. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building lasting customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Experience with technology sales, Salesforce, and technical sales is highly valued. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and expand market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff or team members when applicable
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in outside or technical sales environments
  • Strong background in marketing, customer service, and business development strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in account management, negotiation, and analysis skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
  • Experience in technology or technical product sales is a plus
  • Leadership experience or potential to develop into a leadership role is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$106,403.65 per year
