Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their leadership team and oversee daily business functions with precision, strategy, and forward-thinking execution. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys optimizing systems, processes, and people.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization runs smoothly by managing resources, improving operational workflows, and fostering a productive workplace culture. You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, lead initiatives, and champion efficiency across departments.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to operational teams across the organization

Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and performance standards are met

Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, policies, and processes

Monitor key performance metrics and develop actionable improvement strategies

Collaborate with department heads to align goals and streamline interdepartmental workflow

Manage staffing needs including scheduling, performance management, and task delegation

Ensure company compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation

Lead operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain open communication with leadership to track performance, resolve issues, and drive growth

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operations Manager role or related leadership position

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent field

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Proven ability to lead teams, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated success managing budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional operations

Ability to provide professional references upon request
