Job Description:
- Liaise with building management to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor and manage CMMS systems, handling 2–3 internal and external service tickets daily.
- Collaborate with the geography team on preventative maintenance schedules.
- Oversee visitor access, catering arrangements, and procurement setups for internal meetings.
- Maintain inventory and ordering of office supplies.
- Conduct monthly health and safety checks, including fire extinguisher inspections.
- Update and manage content on the SharePoint site.
- Assist with onboarding processes and collaborate with stakeholders and business services leads
Qualifications:
- 1 year of facilities coordination experience is preferred
- 1 year of administrative support experience is required
- Proficient inMicrosoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
- Bilingual in English and French

Description du poste :
• Assurer la liaison avec la direction de l'immeuble pour coordonner les réparations et l'entretien.
• Surveiller et gérer les systèmes de GMAO, en traitant 2 à 3 tickets de service internes et externes par jour.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe géographique sur les calendriers d'entretien préventif.
• Superviser l'accès des visiteurs, les arrangements de restauration et la configuration des approvisionnements pour les réunions internes.
• Tenir l'inventaire et commander les fournitures de bureau.
• Effectuer des contrôles mensuels de santé et de sécurité, y compris l'inspection des extincteurs.
• Mettre à jour et gérer le contenu du site SharePoint.
• Participer aux processus d'intégration et collaborer avec les parties prenantes et les responsables des services opérationnels.
Qualifications :
• Une année d'expérience en coordination des installations est un atout.
• Une année d'expérience en soutien administratif est requise.
• Maîtrise de Microsoft Teams et de la suite Microsoft Office (y compris Outlook).
• Bilingue anglais-français.
