Role Description

We are seeking a
Video Content Creator – Technical Training (Computer / Networking)
to join our team in
Markham, ON
.

This is a
full-time on-site role
focused on developing and producing engaging
technical training videos
that educate viewers on
MikroTik products, RouterOS, and networking best practices
.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recording and editing
    high-quality instructional videos
    using
    Final Cut Pro
    ,
    Keynote
    , or
    PowerPoint
    .
  • Designing and enhancing visual elements using
    Adobe Photoshop
    and
    Adobe Illustrator
    .
  • Preparing
    training materials
    and visuals based on real MikroTik hardware and networking setups.
  • Collaborating with
    subject matter experts
    to ensure technical accuracy and visual clarity.
  • Creating
    short-form content
    (YouTube Shorts, Reels) for training and marketing use.
  • Maintaining brand consistency and high visual standards across all materials.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    video content creation
    ,
    recording
    , and
    editing
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Final Cut Pro
    ,
    Adobe Photoshop
    , and
    Adobe Illustrator
    .
  • Technical understanding of
    computer networking
    , including
    design
    ,
    setup
    , and
    troubleshooting
    .
  • Ability to develop and design
    training materials
    and
    technical visuals
    .
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    , attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Ability to
    work on-site
    in
    Markham, Ontario
    .
  • Familiarity with
    MikroTik routers
    and
    wireless ISP solutions
    is a strong asset.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    IT
