Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and meal preparation, with a focus on delivering high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers enjoy delicious, freshly made pizzas while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and taste.
  • Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, including appetizers and salads.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and handling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a cook or pizza cook in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that satisfy customers' tastes.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
