We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food service, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that delight our customers. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our food preparation processes while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, following food handling guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area to promote a safe working environment.
  • Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety of all food products.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a food service or restaurant environment, preferably in pizza cooking or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
