Poultry processing plant.

Duties

  • Sampling and testing raw ingredients.
  • Product testing (timely inspections, sample tests, reporting, and investigate specific material)
  • Establish and maintain the company's food safety culture; notify employees to report the issue to other departments for corrective actions and follow-up.
  • HACCP and prerequisite quality checks.
  • Ensuring proper food safety procedures and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Preoperational equipment inspections, housekeeping, and ensuring the effectiveness of sanitation.
  • Monitoring production to ensure good food quality and GMP policy.
  • Reporting and making a recommendation to the manager.
  • Maintenance of lab product, package, and ingredient data as required
  • Training employees as needed for quality policies and procedures.
  • Testing equipment standardization, maintaining and calibrating according to schedules
  • Performing miscellaneous tasks are required.
