Our client in the retail sector is seeking a
Retail Marketing Campaign Coordinator
to play an active role in planning, organizing, and executing marketing initiatives. This position requires initiative, strong ownership of tasks, and the ability to manage multiple components of marketing campaigns in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of key elements of retail marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination across various stages of execution.
  • Prepare and organize campaign assets, gather product information, and manage timelines and deliverables with autonomy.
  • Contribute to the planning and oversight of photo/video content sessions, including preparation, coordination, and on-site participation when required.
  • Manage product samples, track movements, and handle logistics with accuracy and independence.
  • Review, categorize, and prepare visual content to support seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with teams such as buying, marketing, and production, ensuring alignment and consistency across campaigns.
  • Oversee general administrative, operational, and follow-up tasks connected to campaign planning and delivery.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, fashion, production, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or a comparable role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
  • Interest in retail, fashion or apparel.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute proactively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with basic design or content tools.
  • Fully bilingual (English/French).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for content sessions.
  • Experience in retail environments or content production.

Responsabilités

  • Assumer la gestion de divers éléments des campagnes marketing afin d'en assurer la coordination et le déroulement optimal.
  • Préparer et organiser les éléments de campagne, collecter les informations produits et gérer les échéanciers ainsi que les livrables en toute autonomie.
  • Contribuer à la planification et à la coordination des séances de contenu (photo/vidéo), incluant la préparation et la participation sur place au besoin.
  • Gérer les échantillons produits, assurer le suivi et prendre en charge les aspects logistiques avec rigueur.
  • Examiner, classer et préparer le contenu visuel requis pour les campagnes saisonnières.
  • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes d'achats, de marketing et de production pour assurer l'harmonisation des campagnes.
  • Superviser diverses tâches administratives, opérationnelles et de suivi liées à la planification et à la réalisation des projets.

Exigences

  • Études postsecondaires en marketing, communication, mode, production ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en coordination marketing, exécution de campagnes ou rôle similaire.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
  • Intérêt pour le commerce de détail, la mode ou les vêtements.
  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec plusieurs équipes internes et à contribuer de façon proactive.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office; connaissance de base d'outils de contenu ou de design.
  • Bilinguisme complet (français/anglais).
  • Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour quelques déplacements lors de séances de contenu.
  • Expérience en commerce de détail ou en production de contenu.
