Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and support product management initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where creativity and analytical skills are highly valued. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing marketing efforts to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns utilizing platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including WordPress websites, ensuring content is engaging and SEO-friendly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize SEO techniques and Google Analytics to monitor website performance, improve search rankings, and increase organic traffic.
- Create compelling content using Adobe Creative Suite for various marketing channels including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Manage product listings, coordinate product launches, and oversee product management activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Implement HTML updates on websites as needed to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Plan and execute Facebook advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
- Monitor marketing budgets, analyze campaign performance data, and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials that support sales initiatives and customer engagement efforts.
Skills
- Proven experience with E-commerce, SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Marketing, Research, and Product Management principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources such as Google Analytics for campaign optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Sales strategies and budgeting for marketing campaigns is desirable but not mandatory. This position provides an excellent platform for a motivated marketing professional eager to make a significant impact through innovative digital strategies while working in a collaborative team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,649.29-$85,432.04 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
