About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Client Relationship Associate
to join our growing medical equipment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively follow up on requirements, and contribute to the company's growth by strengthening long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls and send professional email communications to clients for order updates, requirements, and relationship management.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, product details, quotations, and after-sales support.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled on time.
  • Track client requests, maintain accurate CRM records, and monitor feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate.
  • Provide periodic client updates and prepare reports for internal review.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales support, or account management (experience in healthcare/medical equipment preferred).
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and French, spoken and written).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
