Position Overview:

In this position, you'll be at the heart of our operations, batching concrete and operating a loader to ensure high-quality mixes for our customers. This is a hands-on role that offers the chance to work with advanced batching equipment, maintain quality standards, and support a wide range of impactful projects in our community. We provide on-site training to make this an ideal opportunity for both experienced operators and those eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating loader (e.g. CAT, Komatsu, etc.)
  • Valid loader/operator license or relevant certification
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in concrete batching or similar role
  • Understanding of concrete mixes and materials
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently
  • Load materials into hoppers, trucks and stockpiles
  • Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance
  • Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
  • Operate batching plant to produce concrete according to specifications
  • Monitor material stock levels and ensure correct input ratios
  • Communicate with dispatch and delivery drivers
  • Maintain records and ensure batching logs are accurate and up to date

Job Type: Full-time
