**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate concrete mixing equipment and machinery to prepare concrete mixtures according to specifications.
- Monitor the mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of the finished product.
- Perform routine maintenance on mixing equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate the delivery of mixed concrete to various job sites.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials, including aggregates and cement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Utilize heavy equipment operation skills for tasks such as digging, paving, and building forms as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of concrete finishing techniques to ensure high-quality results.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in concrete mixing or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience operating loaders and other heavy machinery is a plus.
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and finishing processes.
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $25.91-$29.43 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
