**Pay Range**: $25-30 per hour, based on experience

**Job Overview**:
Kettle Creek Landscaping is seeking skilled, dependable Loader Operators for snow removal services during the winter season. This is an on-call position, ideal for experienced equipment operators who are available to respond to snow and ice events as needed, including during nights, weekends, and holidays. Operators are responsible for efficiently clearing snow from commercial, industrial, and residential properties to ensure safe access for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate loaders to clear snow and ice from designated areas, including parking lots, driveways, and access roads.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Perform basic equipment checks and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Adhere to Kettle Creek Landscaping’s safety protocols and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment in a snow removal or construction setting.
- **Availability**: On-call availability for snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to report to the job site promptly.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to work independently under pressure.
- **Requirements**: Reliable transportation to and from job sites, a valid driver’s license, and a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.

**Compensation**:

- **Hourly Rate**: $25-30 per hour, based on experience and performance.
- Opportunities for additional hours may be available depending on snow accumulation and client needs.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Loader operation: 1 year (preferred)
- Snow removal: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
