GT Glass was established in 2008 by Greg & Trish Holst as a small business out of our garage with just one employee. Our business has evolved into a 5500 square foot shop/showroom in Saskatoon's north end with a great team to support this growth.
GT Glass has now been in business for nearly 18 years. Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Sales Administrator will handle administrative tasks, manage customer records, prepare quotes, answer phones, and serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients. This position requires individuals who are friendly, well-spoken, organized, and able to handle multiple requests within a short period of time.
Key Responsibilities:
● Answer incoming phone calls, route inquiries appropriately, and provide excellent customer service.
● Respond to customer inquiries and provide support with order status, product information, and general requests.
● Provide administrative support to the sales team.
● Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
● Assist with the preparation of estimates and quotes.
● Maintain and update customer databases.
● Support scheduling by collecting necessary information and documenting it clearly.
● Support marketing efforts related to sales campaigns, events, and promotions.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, One Drive).
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
● Comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients professionally.
● High attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience in a sales environment or familiarity with sales processes is a plus.
