This position is an integral part of the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic. The patient Care Administrator is responsible for formal interactions with patients and the overall success of the relationship between the company and the client. This frontline position requires a good working knowledge of customer service models found throughout the service industry and must be able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a multi-service environment. The role involves creating excellent customer service experiences, administrative support, fielding patient calls, and coordination with management.

Offering remarkable customer service

Booking appointments via phone requests

Managing the bookings in the schedule

Billing patients out

Performing ongoing patient retention

Demonstrating a positive attitude towards the overall success of the clinic

Highly organized with excellent customer service skills

Team player with focus on the overall success of the clinic

Ability to anticipate, handle and overcome patient concerns

Ability to connect with clients, establish friendly relationships immediately and build and maintain trust with customers

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Sales enthusiast

Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills

Proactive thinker

Proficiency with Zenoti and Accuro would be an asset

A general understanding of the medical aesthetic industry and current trends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (required)
  • Zenoti: 1 year (preferred)
